NATURE OF CASE: Aggravated battery

VICTIM(S): Carabia

ASSAILANT: An Africanised Killer Moose

INJURIES SUTAINED: Severe trampling, crushed rib cage

LOCATION OF INCIDENT: Police Precinct 12, Marrakun

At approximately 9:16 AM, Carabia, a violent member of "Maximum Overdrive," was seen violently accosting an unknown target in the Precinct 12 in Marrakun. No officer was available to intervene at the time, due to an ongoing investigation of the murder of Law Valentine in Wonderland. An Africanised Killer Moose apprehended the criminal at 10:19, but was unable to read him his rights because moose cannot talk. Included below is the log as recorded by the Officer on the Scene, Officer Slade. Recommend that the Department explore the benefits of co-operation with local fauna, specifically with Africanised killer moose.
