He was last seen in the gun store in Marrakun (7,9), shooting Officer Slade with a rifle. Suspect is armed and extremely dangerous. Backup is advised as the suspect is further equipped with a set of light body armor. He is believed to be somewhere in the area although a search of the buildings nearby have revealed little.

INJURIES SUSTAINED: Slight concussion, bruises on the back and face

LOCATION OF INCIDENT: Damned Library, Marrakun

At approximately 11:00PM, Officer Slade was on patrol, enjoying his newly issued katar when he heard a commotion within the Marrakun library. Upon entry, he witnessed a procurer named Sink attempting to pander to the patrons present. When the Officer Slade attempted to arrest the suspect, the suspect began attacking the officer on the scene with his cane. Officer Slade was forced to kill the suspect in self-defense.

ASSAILANT: An Africanised Killer Moose

INJURIES SUTAINED: Severe trampling, crushed rib cage

LOCATION OF INCIDENT: Police Precinct 12, Marrakun

At approximately 9:16 AM, Carabia, a violent member of "Maximum Overdrive," was seen violently accosting an unknown target in the Precinct 12 in Marrakun. No officer was available to intervene at the time, due to an ongoing investigation of the murder of Law Valentine in Wonderland. An Africanised Killer Moose apprehended the criminal at 10:19, but was unable to read him his rights because moose cannot talk. Included below is the log as recorded by the Officer on the Scene, Officer Slade. Recommend that the Department explore the benefits of co-operation with local fauna, specifically with Africanised killer moose.

Blood. So much blood everywhere.

It'd started off easy enough. Went to the old gun shop, bust out kit, and patched up some guys. Even shot a man dead, who'd tried to come on in. Some guys passed me this radio.

Then the other cops came in.

They came and everyone got tense. I was hiding behind some racks of ammo near the front, and the pigs didn't see me. I don't think they were real cops at all. Someone started talkin, I think it was LV, and then suddenly shots broke out. I heard shouting and screaming, but I just covered my ears. 'Nother man walks in, starts cuttin' people up with his axe, but he still didn't see me. I just saw LV fall to the ground near me, dead as a doornail. So I peeked out and no one was lookin' and I ran for it. Ran as hard as I could. I'm makin' for the bridge, and trying to find my way to Murrakan. It's night now, and I'm holed up in some library - of a sort. There's some people here... I hope they'll let me stay.

I heard "..enlightenment." Anyone else makin for the bridge? Meet up with me. Law's dead. I didn't see about wont<3n.
